WHO I AM

Born and raised in Fall River, Nova Scotia. Most of my friends know me as “Chiz”.

I started in real estate alongside my father Dan in 2018 and have been part of building the Chisholm Group into one of Sutton's top-ranked teams in Halifax. I have watched this region transform from a mid-sized Maritime city into one of the fastest growing markets in the country, and I have spent my entire career working in it.

WHAT I DO

Licensed since 2018 and part of one of Sutton's consistently top-ranked teams, I help buyers, sellers, and investors across HRM navigate one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country. I care deeply about making sure the people I work with are making decisions they will be proud of years down the road, not just on closing day.

THE TEAM BEHIND YOU

A family team with nearly 40 years of combined experience, including my brother Ben, one of the only AACI-designated appraisers embedded in a Halifax real estate team. You will know what a property is worth before you write an offer.

Seven years alongside Marchand Homes on new construction across HRM. Deep experience in multi-family and investment property. A network of the best brokers, lawyers, inspectors, and trades in the city, built over years and yours to use.

MY BACKGROUND

Bachelor of Commerce with a Minor in Psychology from Mount Allison University. Before that, 2012 Metro High School Basketball League MVP out of Lockview. I went on to captain the Mount Allison varsity team to the program's first national championship appearance. The same passion and competitiveness I had on the court is what I bring to real estate every single day.

Outside of real estate: basketball, travelling, and my Bichon Frise Blue.
